Toast Pecans
I use my MW/Convention oven, preheat oven to 350º, in a pie pan I place al. foil and lightly spritz foil with cooking spray (could omit, I don't know if it's a "good" oil). Place a layer of pecans on top of foil & toss. Place pan in oven when preheated and toast them for about 5 min. or become aromatic. Since the oven rotates toss once to rotate top to bottom. Be careful it'll scorch. I love pecans "raw" so I don't overdo it! -- toast information.
