	I used a gallon jar.and filled it with apricots (don't pit them). I used the firm ripe -- probably should've used some of real ripe ones...		Add 3 cups of granulated sugar
	Add 26 oz. (3 1/4 cup) of cheap vodka.

I couldn't turn it over without leaking - I traded it twice and place plastic wrap under the lid. Suzanne gave me a clue to just rotate it at a tilt on the side. Hopefully it'll work. now have to wait until 10/12/08 to try it...
