Happy Birthday Stories!

Jeff used to be good at playing darts, but quit when his "professional" darts were stolen while going to school, so now he is getting some more - to fit his (mine) budget :-)

Made the top by using wafer paper and drawing with frosting on top of the pattern. It worked rather nicely. When Tina & Jeff were young, they enjoyed "eating" this paper! Most of the time I haven't had much luck because the paper would really get stiff and bumpy.

I borrowed some magnetic darts from The Phillips. When I placed the darts on top of the cake, I tried to take a picture, but darts "#21" and "#8" scooted together scraping off some of the decorations :-( I quickly tried to refixed the decoration and placed those 2 darts a little further away, but again they were drawn to each other. If I wouldn't had already made the top decoration I would have just placed the metal dart board on top of the round cake, but after doing the top - no way. I had to laugh and was glad it wasn't for a big gathering, such as the wedding. I called Pat & asked if she knew how to demagnatize them. Keri called back and mentioned about just buying some cheap darts. Of course, this put things behind schedule - so what's new?

Answers or Clues:

Black Darts = date (each dart separate)

1*2=02
7*3=21
2*2=04

Red Darts = age (add all 3 together)

(5*3) + (4*3) + 8 = Age
15 + 12 + 8 = ?
