Broccoli Salad (Kim made this for Easter 2000)

chop:

onions (green)
celery
grapes (red seedless)
raisins, golden

 Dressing:

1 cup mayonnaise
1/3 c. sugar
apple cider vinegar


Combine all ingredients & chill.

Roquefort Salad Dressing (original from Karen, adapted by us, it's still thick, but good!)

Original
Heat together:

1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. salad oil

place in blender & add:

1 tsp. fresh onions
1/8 tsp. garlic powder (or 1/2 clove of fresh clove)

place in mixer:

6 oz. Cream Cheese
1 1/2 oz. (3/4 c.) Roquefot Cheese
1 tsp. vinegar
1/2 tsp. salt

Chill.

Adapted
Heat together:

1 c. milk
1 c. salad oil (olive oil)

place in blender & add:

1 T. fresh onions
1/2 tsp. garlic powder (or 1 fresh clove)

place in mixer:

8 oz. Cream Cheese
3 oz. (1 1/4 c.) Roquefort, Bleu and/or Gorganzola Cheeses (we prefer Gorganzola & usually add more making sure there are some chucks)
1 T. vinegar
3/4 tsp. salt

Chill.
